  Dates and Event Schedule, Places to stay and more
  This event will be the first weekend in September, Sept 5,6 & 7th, 1998.  This
    is a 3-day holiday weekend.  Friday Sep 4th will be early check-in and
    free-fly.  Saturday morning Sept 5th the event starts on the south side of the point.

  Site Plan and current activities
  We will have parking, restrooms, vendor display areas, a static display area including
    full scale sailplanes, food and drinks, a raffle and many more exciting things to see and
    do. Make sure you bring your camera. Saturday evening we will have a dinner and awards
    ceremony.
   
  Point of the Mountain, SLC Utah
  The Point of the Mountain is an incredible soaring site. It's an ancient natural sand
    peninsula between the Salt Lake and Utah valleys.  For directions, pictures and a

  Registration Information

    check or money order, to the contest registrar.
